Building My Own Resilience
The truth is, you are already resilient. I’m simply the coach who will hold up the mirror, remind you of what you are capable of, and help you develop the skills to live it out.
I’ve always been drawn to growth and performance. I was a collegiate sprinter, and the track became my first classroom in mental strength. I carried those lessons into coaching track and field, where I’ve spent years helping athletes push past limits and strengthen not just their speed, but their mindset.
Alongside athletics, I earned my degree in psychology, which gave me a deeper understanding of how we as people adapt through challenges. That foundation became vital when my family was affected by suicide. My stepfather took his own life. Within 24 hours, I was responsible for managing an estate I never thought I’d need to navigate and became the power of attorney for my mother, who was not well enough to move forward on her own. What followed were months of unrelenting demands to stay strong and keep moving forward.
I’ve felt the heaviness of the world crash down and the impossible weight of getting back up. But I did. I learned that we can either allow pressure to make us crumble or let it carve us into something stronger.
For years, I have coached people on how to train their minds for the race of their lives, to learn from mistakes and silence the noise of self-doubt. When my own life demanded the same of me, I put those lessons into practice.

What sets my coaching apart is that I’ve lived what I teach. I know what it takes to rebuild from the ground up, and I’ve developed the mindset, tools, and strategies that truly make a difference.

We’ll start with a free 30-minute discovery call to see if coaching is the right fit for you. From there, we’ll set up weekly sessions where we’ll dive into your goals, challenges, and next steps. Each session is focused, practical, and tailored to you.

Sessions cost $80. I offer one on one 45 minute sessions to give you consistency and full attention with a personalized approach to resilience coaching. There is a minimum commitment of five sessions.

Coaching is not therapy. Therapy often focuses on healing the past, while coaching is forward-looking. My role is to help you find clarity, create action steps, and build momentum toward your goals.
